Terms & Conditions – Course & Event Bookings

  1. Booking Confirmation
All course, workshop, event, and ticket purchases made through HLP Therapy Ltd, whether online or in person, are considered confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  2. Pre-Learning Requirement
Delegates are required to complete the online course content in full prior to attending the face-to-face training day. The in-person course will directly reference and build upon the knowledge provided within the online learning materials. Due to course time constraints and the practical nature of the training day, HLP Therapy Ltd is unable to provide additional time to cover missed pre-course content or revisit foundational knowledge for delegates who have not completed the online learning in advance. Failure to complete the required pre-course learning may impact the delegate’s ability to fully participate in and benefit from the face-to-face training.

  3. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. HLP Therapy Ltd operates a strict no-refund policy on all online courses, in-person courses, workshops, seminars, events, and tickets. This applies regardless of circumstances including, but not limited to, change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruption, or technical issues outside of HLP Therapy Ltd’s control.

  4. Transfer of Bookings
HLP Therapy Ltd may, at its sole discretion, permit a booking transfer to another date, course, or attendee. Any such transfer is not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees or additional conditions.

  5. Changes to Dates, Venues, or Delivery Methods
HLP Therapy Ltd reserves the right to change course dates, event dates, venues, speakers, instructors, schedules, or delivery methods (including changing an in-person event to an online format, or vice versa) at its sole discretion where necessary due to operational, safety, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by HLP Therapy Ltd
In the event that HLP Therapy Ltd cancels or reschedules a course or event, attendees will be offered either:

    • a transfer to an alternative date or equivalent event;

    • a credit note to be used against future services or events provided by HLP Therapy Ltd; or

    • A full refund to original payment method.

    • Access to the online course 'Scars: How To Treat Them' will be redacted upon any refund given if included in initial purchase

  7. Attendance Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they are available and able to attend the booked course or event at the scheduled time and location.

  8. Online Access & Technical Requirements
For online courses or events, attendees are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, software, and equipment. HLP Therapy Ltd is not responsible for interruptions caused by the attendee’s technology, internet connectivity, or device issues.

  9. Conduct & Right to Refuse Participation
HLP Therapy Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe. No refund or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

  10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, documents, presentations, and content remain the intellectual property of HLP Therapy Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

  11. Liability
HLP Therapy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in any course or event. Participation is undertaken at the attendee’s own risk.

  12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, course place, or event booking with HLP Therapy Ltd, the purchaser confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
